Timothy J. Monahan, M.D

Dr. M.onahan is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, with a subspecialty certificate in sports medicine. He is currently with the Providence Medical Group and is the team doctor for William Jewell College. He also has worked with sports medicine coverage for Woodford County Schools and Midway College in Kentucky and assisted the University of Pittsburgh physicians with coverage of the Pittsburgh Penguins and junior hockey teams during a sports medicine fellowship.

Dr. Monahan completed medical school at Medical College of Virginia; completed a residency with Geisinger Medical Center; and served an Orthopaedic Research of Virginia Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Fellowship.

John Vani, M.D.

John Vani, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a sub-specialty in sports medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of orthopedic Surgeons and the American College of Sports Medicine. A trusted physician, Dr. Vani has served the Kansas City community for more than 14 years.

Dr. Vani received his bachelor’s and medical degrees from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and went on to complete an internship in general surgery at Ochsner Medical Foundation, New Orleans, La., and residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, Mo. He also completed fellowship training in sports medicine at the Perth orthopedic and Sports Medicine Centre in Perth, Western Australia.
